WCMD[WebCamera Motion Detector

This is great code if you want to make home security.You only need to give camera its normal position and after that if program detect any motion it will automaticaly save picture.Also you can change color and motion sensitivities.
Select 320X240 resoution for WebCamera.
And remember one thing never close the program from VB.Sorry for bad English...
